Sly Incorporated’s TRAILblazer award is given annually to an individual who exemplifies the Sly Values of Teamwork, Respect, Accountability, Integrity and Servant Leadership. Winners are selected from a list of nominees submitted by their peers. The 2012 winner is engineering manager Mike Maxwell. Mike’s colleagues say he “often goes well beyond the required information in order to educate and improve the quality of Sly’s collective knowledge pool”. “Mike takes on whatever tasks are assigned to him, taking ownership and following each task through to completion”. Mike will celebrate his third year with Sly on August 17th of this year.
